Yes. Real estate photography can be arranged through our recommended photography partner, Hayleigh Beach. We can coordinate photography and videography together where required.

• Edited photos will be sent within 7 days via an external link. During peak periods, you will be informed of any anticipated delays (Monday - Friday). • Please let us know if you have a desired deadline.

• Videos will be sent in 2 weeks via a Google Drive link. During peak periods, you will be informed of any anticipated delays (Monday - Friday). • The client is entitled to two rounds of revisions following the delivery of the completed content. • All revision requests must be submitted within two weeks from the date of delivery of the finalised content. • Failure to request revisions within the stipulated two-week period will result in the project being considered completed and terminated. • Please let us know if you have a desired deadline.

• The client must supply the chosen music to Australian Cinematography before the editing process begins. Should the client request Australian Cinematography to select a song, the chosen song will be final and no further changes will be entertained. • Any requests for changing the music used within the project at any stage will incur an additional fee of $400.00 + GST.

A fee of $300 + GST will apply in the event the photographer/videographer has to return to the property for additional images due to, but not limited to access to property, tenant co-operation & preparation, property readiness, repairs, trades, cleaning.

Every care is taken to present the property at its best, however editing to alter or falsely misrepresent the property's condition is a breach of consumer law.

Invoices are to be paid in full prior to commencement of shooting.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur 100% of the booking fee. • Rescheduling within the same week may incur 50% of the booking fee.
